王少杰,男,1967年10月生于安徽省肥西县。
1995年于中国科学院等离子体物理研究所获理学博士学位。
2004年国家杰出青年基金获得者。
现任中国科学技术大学近代物理系教授,博士生导师。
主要研究方向:托卡马克聚变等离子体物理理论和数值模拟。
