个人简历 Personal resume
张信明 ,男,1964年10月生,安徽天长人,教授,博士生导师(计算机学院、大数据学院),KAIST (韩国高等科学技术研究院)客座教授(2005.09-2006.08)。IEEE高级会员,中国计算机学会(CCF)高级会员,IEEE智能电网教育委员会委员。1985.7毕业于中国矿业大学自动化系,获工学学士学位。1988.7毕业于中国矿业大学北京研究生部计算中心,获工学硕士学位(研究方向:通讯远动与计算机应用)。2001.12在中国科学技术大学计算机系获得工学博士学位(研究方向:计算机网络与网络计算)。2002.3起在中国科学技术大学计算机系(学院)从事教学科研工作。目前主持国家自然基金面上项目1项(2021-2024)、国家重点研发计划课题项目1项(2020-2023)、国家重点研发计划(政府间国际科技创新合作)子课题项目1项(2020-2022),主持完成国家自然基金面上项目4项(2006-2009、2011-2013、2014-2017、2017-2020)、国家重点研发计划子课题项目1项(2017-2020)、东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室开放课题(2010-2012、2014-2017、2019-2020)、华为创新基金(2014)、华为科技基金、宁波市重点博士科学基金等项目,作为学术骨干参加完成973项目1项(主持二级子课题)、国家自然基金重点项目1项(2013-2017),参加完成国家自然基金面上、国家发改委CNGI(下一代互联网示范工程)、国家973、军工863项目各1项,参加完成国家863项目3项。已在一流国际期刊(62篇,其中26篇为IEEE Trans.),国内一级学报(8篇),包括CVPR、AAAI、WWW、ICCV、INFOCOM、CIKM、ICDCS、ICC、WCNC、ICCCN、SSTD在内的重要国际会议等上发表(含录用)了100多篇学术论文,2015年发表的1篇IEEE Trans. on Mobile Computing论文入选ESI Computer Science学术领域近10年高被引论文(全球1%)并曾多次入选ESI Computer Science学术领域近2年热点论文(全球0.1%)。以第一申请人申请发明专利14项(已获授权5项)。获得2017年度安徽省科学技术奖二等奖(自然科学)(排名第1,“无线自组织网络路由算法与性能优化的研究”)、中国科大2017年度兴业证券教育奖、中国科大计算机学院2017年度院长研究奖、中国科大第八届(2013)杨亚基金-教育奖,安徽省第三届(2011)优秀硕士论文指导教师(学生:邹丰富,论文题目:移动自组网路由协议控制开销和负载平衡研究)、中国科大2008年度王宽诚育才奖一等奖、2005-2006年度韩国高等教育财团国际交换学者奖、2019年度Publons(科睿唯安)同行评议奖(计算机科学、交叉学科)全球顶级审稿人(1%)、Outstanding Reviewer for Bentham Science Publishers等。
