  简  历

胡新天,研究员,博士生导师。男,1964年12月18日生。 1994-2000年美国普林斯顿大学神经生物学博士,2000-2005年贝勒医学院博士后。2005年回国建立中国科学院昆明动物所非人灵长类运动,感觉及其整合实验室。2014年,被聘为中国科学院脑卓越中心核心骨干。 

  研究方向

胡新天实验室长期从事非人灵长类神经生物学的研究,学科组主要从事脑疾病相关方面的研究;重点关注老年痴呆症、帕金森病猕猴模型的建立,学习记忆、老年痴呆及帕金森病相关神经回路的研究。目前已建立了一种人类早期逆境(Feng et al,PNAS 2011),两种新型帕金森氏病,两种种新型老年痴呆(Yang et al,Journal of Alzheimer’s disease,2014)和三种抑郁症的新型猕猴模型。另外,他还:1)首次报道了猕猴脑内每个运动命令在单个运动前神经元上得到了高度精确的表达(Hu et al,PNAS 2007,第一和通讯作者),2)参与发现了猕猴大脑前额叶运动前区存在一种全新的空间信息编码系统,这一系统对于脑内运动编程有重要意义(Graziano et al, Science 1997);3)成功研制了国内外第一台具有实用价值的电刺激噪声干扰压制器,在首次将电刺激和单位放电记录这两项重要的神经电生理研究技术有机的结合起来,形成了一个研究脑内回路的有力工具,是神经电生理研究方法学上的一个重要突破(专利号: ZL2007 1 0031057.8)
