个人简历 Personal resume
    2002年毕业于美国加州大学伯克利分校,获博士学位。
    主要研究方向:
    1、高性能界面导热材料的设计和研制;
    利用垂直排列的碳纳米管和铜纳米线研制新型高性能界面导热材料, 应用于电子器件散热领域。
    2.以热电能源转换为背景的纳米复合材料的设计和研制:
    如何有效干预热量在材料中的传输对于提高热电材料的效率具有决定性的作用。通过引入不同尺度的散射因子,例如调节纳米颗粒的大小,引入合金材料等方法,可以对材料热导率进行控制与调节,以达到提高热电效率的目的。
    3.基于纳米线技术的红外微传感器:
    利用垂直排列纳米线阵列技术,与微制造加工工艺相结合,研制三维,高灵敏度,高分辨率的热堆红外成像系统。
