个人简历 Personal resume
    ,教授,博士生导师。毕业于北京师范大学生物系,1996年和1999年分别获得学士和硕士学位。2006年在美国罗彻斯特大学生物系取得分子、细胞和发育生物学博士学位。2006-2012年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校进行博士后研究,期间获得癌症研究所博士后奖学金资助。2012年12月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学学院。多年来一直从事基因转录调控、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、染色质间相互作用等相关研究,在Genes & Dev. 、Mol Cell Biol. 、Nature、PNAS等学术期刊上发表了系列文章。

1、研究由lncRNA和三维基因组结构所组成的三维转录调控在脑衰老中的作用
2、研究lncRNA和染色质相互作用在精子发生过程中的转录调控作用
3、研究减数分裂相关特定基因的功能及其分子机制
