　　焊接材料与焊接工艺。

　　2005年以来系统开展了TIG焊焊接熔池和焊接电弧模拟研究工作，基于Fluent软件开发了焊接电弧作用下液态熔池成形模块。基于模拟结果，提出了双层气流保护TIG焊工艺。研制了双层气流保护焊枪，并在0Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢、高氮钢和超高强钢等工程材料上进行了大量实验研究，熔池深宽比达到了1.0，大大提高了TIG焊焊接效率，部分研究结果在焊接结构和大型铸件的焊接修复中得到应用。

　　系统开展CRH3高速列车转向架焊接材料国产化研究，通过添加微量合金组元和调整主元素，使研制焊材的低温冲击性能明显高于进口焊材。研制焊材通过了工业规模批量制造和焊接工艺评定，获得了欧盟CE生产认证。
