1982年,大连工学院,机械工程系获工学学士学位。

  1982-1984年,沈阳市第二轻工业局,任助理工程师。

  1985-1994年,中国科学院金属研究所,先后任研究实习员、助理研究员。

  1994-1995年,美国伊利诺大学,访问学者。

  1995-1996年,美国路易斯安那州立大学,研究助理。

  1996-1998年4月,美国密西根大学,研究助理。

  1998年5-12月,中国科学院金属研究所,助理研究员。

  1999年8-10月,德国马普金属研究所,客座科学家。

  1998年12月-,中国科学院金属研究任研究员。
