个人简历 Personal resume
王宏达,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究员,中国科学院“国家杰出青年基金”、“科技部中青年科技创新领军人才”获得者。1995年毕业于吉林大学分子生物学系获学士学位,2000年毕业于中科院长春应用化学研究所获分析化学博士学位,2001-2007年先后在德国马普分子生理研究所和美国亚利桑那州立大学从事博士后研究。
长期从事单分子生物物理方面的研究工作,提出新的红细胞膜结构模型(Semi-mosaic model)和有核组织细胞膜结构模型(Protein Layer-Lipid-Protein Island model);设计开发了基于原子力显微镜的测量动态微观力系统(“力示踪”技术),实时记录了细胞膜转运单分子/单颗粒的过程;自主研发超分辨荧光成像和原子力显微镜的联用技术。在Chemical Society Reviews、Nature Communications、Nano Letters、Cell Research、JACS、PNAS等杂志发表论文90余篇,申请和授权发明专利11项。近五年共发表论文55篇(25篇IF>5,4篇IF>10),其中通讯联系人和第一作者论文43篇。论文总被引1600余次,其中2篇论文单篇引用分别为290和190余次。应邀担任国际期刊Scientific Reports的编委、中国化学会生物物理化学专业委员会委员、中国生物物理学会单分子生物学分会理事、国家自然基金委面上/青年/地区项目会评专家、科技部重点研发专项会评专家。

科研条件:课题组拥有AFM5500、AFM7500原子力显微镜各一台,适合在液相条件下对生物样品进行操作,同时也具备完善的显微操作系统和超分辨荧光显微镜。此外,课题组隶属于电分析化学国家重点实验室,可以利用的资源包括:Multimode Ⅷ原子力显微镜、Icon原子力显微镜、共聚焦荧光倒置显微镜、细胞培养室、流式细胞仪、PCR、FTIR、圆二色光谱仪、紫外-可见光谱仪、荧光光谱仪和常规实验设备。中科院长春应用化学研究所拥有电子显微镜和质谱等实验仪器可供使用。
学生待遇:同中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究生待遇。
