个人简历 Personal resume
王振新研究员自2006年回中国科学院长春应用化学研究所工作至今,承担了包括国家自然科学基金,国家973计划,中科院方向性项目,中科院材料先导专项子任务,中科院科研项目十余项,取得了较为突出的成果。在生物芯片技术的研制与应用,生物纳米技术,自组装技术,纳米材料的合成与应用等研究中取得了突出成绩。(1)针对肿瘤微环境与正常组织的差异构建系列纳米探针应用于结直肠癌多模态成像,实现了对微小(约5mm3体积)肿瘤的检测;(2)以生物分子识别为基础研制微阵列生物传感器和发展比色分析方法应用于重大疾病相关生物分子(金属离子、多肽、酶、核酸、糖基化合物等)的高灵敏度、高通量检测。近五年作为通讯作者发表包括Nat. Commun.、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces、Small、Biomaterials、Anal. Chem.、Chem. Commun.等SCI论文60余篇,被正面他引700余次;撰写专论4章节;获授权专利12项;构建3台微阵列生物芯片检测/制作样机,其中2台已在中科院化学所和国家纳米中心推广试用。于2015年和2012年分别获得国家自然科学奖二等奖(排名第5)和吉林省科技进步二等奖(排名第一)。
