个人简历 Personal resume
于聪(博士,研究员,博士生导师),1991年毕业于吉林大学化学系,1993年赴瑞典隆德大学生物化学系攻读博士学位,师从非共价分子印记技术创始人Prof. Klaus Mosbach,并于1998年获得博士学位。1999年至2002年在美国加州大学伯克利分校化学系做博士后工作,师从Prof. J. M. J. Fréchet(美国国家科学院、工程学院双院士)。2002至2008年在香港大学中国科学院院士任咏华教授研究组任高级研究助理,在此期间主要从事核酸相关的传感、检测的研究。2008年应聘“百人计划”到中国科学院长春应用化学研究所工作。多年来一直致力于生物分析新方法的研究。申请人带领课题组成员致力于结合小分子探针自组装、核酸适配体、生物分析等方面相关知识,开发非共价标记荧光小分子探针检测分析核酸,蛋白质的研究。利用新的检测方法探测了核酸酶的活性,核酸的碱基突变,构建了基于核酸适配体的高灵敏度生物传感器,并应用于蛋白质和生物小分子的选择性检测。在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Anal. Chem., Chem. Commun., Org. Lett., Chem. Eur. J.等国际核心期刊发表高质量论文多篇。主持了国家科技部“973计划”重大研究计划项目子课题、中国科学院“百人计划”择优支持项目以及多项国家自然科学基金项目、省市科研项目等。
