个人简历 Personal resume
    张所波,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究员,中国科学院“百人计划”、“国家杰出青年基金”、国务院“政府特殊津贴”、“长春市有突出贡献专家”获得者。1987年毕业于吉林大学获有机化学硕士学位,1995年毕业于中科院大连化学与物理研究所获有机化学博士学位,1995-2000年先后在香港大学、英国Sussex 大学和加拿大 Calgary大学从事博士后研究。
    作为课题组长主要从事高分子分离膜材料的研究工作,目前的研究兴趣集中在研究海水、苦咸水淡化分离膜材料的耐氯氧化、抗污染和长寿命等问题,研制高通量、高强度、及耐污染反渗透复合膜、超微滤膜,并实现产业化和模块化制备以及水处理工程应用。研究兴趣还包括燃料电池用阴阳离子传导膜材料、有机微孔材料及气体分离膜材料的制备和性能研究等。针对海水淡化、清洁能源、环境保护等应用领域对高分子材料的多方面要求,在分离膜材料的分子设计及制备方面取得了多项研究成果。提出用单一的两性聚电解质,通过离子液体组装制备“超薄分离膜”的新方法。研究成果作为Hot Paper发表在Chem. Commun.杂志上。英国的Chemical Technology和Chemistry of World对此分别进行了专版报道。研究发展了具有自主知识产权的反渗透复合膜材料,性能达到国际先进水平。同时自主设计了用于中试的海水淡化反渗透复合膜制备设备,为科研及工业化生产提供了基础研究平台。2012年该成果通过中科院组织的专家验收后,新华网、《科技日报》等多家具有广泛影响力的媒体进行了报道和转载。
    作为负责人承担“973”课题3项,国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金1项、重点项目1项、面上项目5项,省部级项目3项,及企业合作项目2项,作为骨干参与“863”项目2项。作为第一通讯作者发表SCI论文140余篇,其中IF>3的论文100余篇,他引2000余次,最高单篇引用次数190余次,应邀撰写综述1篇。申请专利38项,获授权21项。任<水处理技术>和<膜科学与技术>杂志编委;2014年和2015年获得了冯新德高分子奖。作为会议主席举办了2011海峡两岸膜科学与技术高级研讨会。已培养博士生24人,硕士生22人,出站博士后4人。毕业学生有贵州大学谢海波教授,中科院山西煤化所李南文研究员,中科院福建物构所李文木研究员等人。

科研条件:课题组拥有超净实验室2间,办公实验面积1000平米,主要进口仪器设备有电化学工作站、总有机碳分析仪TOC、ZETA流动电位仪、BET气体吸附测试系统、毛细管孔径分析仪、液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪、紫外分光光度计、气体透过测试系统等。其他测试仪器有接触角测试仪、荧光显微镜、电渗析测试系统、动态热机械分析仪、超滤/纳滤膜片测试台、高压/低压反渗透膜片测试台等;设备有复合膜制备设备、平板制膜设备、流延制膜设备、中空纤维制备设备、静电纺丝设备、溶剂纯化系统、生物安全柜、20L玻璃反应釜、5L高压反应釜等。此外,课题组隶属于中科院生态环境高分子材料重点实验室,可以利用的资源包括:原子力显微镜、扫描电镜、DSC/TGA、FTIR、圆二色光谱仪等实验设备。
