个人简历 Personal resume
田华雨,男,博士,研究员。中国科学院长春应用化学研究所生态环境高分子材料重点实验室生物医用高分子课题组工作。曾在韩国KAIST、日本九州大学做客座研究,在美国犹他大学做访问学者。目前主要从事高分子基因/药物载体的制备和抗肿瘤应用研究。开发了类细胞膜结构的基因载体、骨架可降解的基因载体、具有诊断治疗功能的基因载体、基因载体的靶向遮蔽体系,进行了高分子基因载体的抗肿瘤治疗研究。在Progress in Polymer Science,Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition,ACS Nano,Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Letters,Biomaterials,Small等杂志发表SCI论文100余篇。获权中国发明专利15项。2007和2011年获得吉林省科技进步一等奖,2012年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助,入选2014年度中组部“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,所开发的细胞用基因转染试剂实现市场销售。
