王亚,男,19863月生于湖北。中国科学技术大学教授。2012年获中国科学技术大学理学博士学位,并获2012年度中国科学院院长优秀奖学金。2012-2016年在德国斯图加特大学做博士后研究,2016年回中科大任职工作。主要从事基于固体点缺陷的固态量子器件、量子计算应用方面的实验研究工作,主要方向包括1)高性能金刚石量子芯片、量子探针制备实验研究;2)基于自旋的量子计算网络实验研究。相关研究成果发表在Nature2篇),Nature Photonics 1篇),Nature Nanotechnology1篇),Nature Communications2篇),Science advances(1)Physical Review Letters6篇),Physical Review Applied(3) ACS Nano1篇)等学术杂志上,被引用1800余次(谷歌学术)
