王兵,男,教授,博士生导师,2008年获国家杰出青年基金支持,2016年入选国家“万人计划“领军人才。王兵教授的研究领域为凝聚态物理和表面物理化学,致力于低维材料的生长及新奇量子效应、表面化学反应微观机理、纳米结构及单分子物性测量与研究。已在SCI 收录期刊上发表论文120余篇,其中包括Science、Nature 及Nature子刊、PNAS、Phys. Rev. Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等。

代表性工作:
一:低维材料的新奇量子效应
(1)成功制备出具有纯平蜂窝结构的单层锡烯,证实了其存在拓扑能带反转及拓扑边界态。

(2)揭示铋(Bi)超薄膜表面的能谷电子态和自旋电子态。

二:表面化学反应微观机理
(1)成功制备出高质量外延生长的锐钛矿相TiO2单晶薄膜,并证实表面的点缺陷活性。

(2)系统的研究了金红石TiO2表面的电子结构及小分子的催化反应过程,首次获得了单个水分子光催化反应过程的实空间成像。

三:纳米结构及单分子物性测量与研究。
发展了相关的实验技术和纳米结的制备方法,首次报道了纳米结的量子电容效应;发展了一种新的纳米材料非晶化方法,发现非晶化对量子限域效应的抑制现象;构造了基于C60分子和金属Pd纳米量子点的负微分电阻原理型器件等。

招生类别:凝聚态物理\物理化学,每年招生2名。

要求:有量子力学和固体物理,或物理化学相关基础。

科研条件:实验室有多台高水平的实验仪器,包括超高真空低温扫描隧道显微镜、低温强磁场扫描隧道显微镜、针尖增强拉曼扫描隧道显微镜、角分辨光电子能谱、时间分辨超快光电子能谱、程序控温脱附谱、激光脉冲沉积系统等,以及其他多种测试分析手段和样品制备条件。

科研经费:有充足的研究经费资助,负责承担包括科技部重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划等

学生待遇:设立助研岗位,不低于学校平均水准,另有研究业绩绩效奖励。
