简历： 1980 – 1984 北京师范大学生物系，学士 1984 – 1985 中科院上海细胞所CUSBMEA，学生 1985 – 1990 美国德州西南医学中心生物化学与分子生物学，博士 1990 – 1992 美国德州西南医学中心生物化学系，博士后 1992 – 1994 美国肯塔基大学生物化学系，助理研究教授 1994 – 1998 美国肯塔基大学生物化学系，助理教授 1998 – 2004 美国佛罗里达大学药学院药物化学系，助理教授 2004 – 至今中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院，研究员研究领域： 1. 脂肪细胞褐色化机理研究：包括褐色脂肪细胞和beige脂肪细胞的分化机理研究以及白色脂肪向褐色脂肪细胞和beige脂肪细胞转分化研究。白色脂肪细胞褐色化可以促进机体的能量消耗增强并有效的抵抗肥胖的发生和缓解糖尿病的症状，我们实验室利用UCP1-lucifease敲入小鼠筛选到一系列的促进褐色化新的药物和基因。其中部分药物在小鼠体内也表现出抵抗肥胖和糖尿病的特性，其分子机制还在进一步研究中。此外，我们利用这些小鼠模型对伴随肥胖发生的脂肪肝和肿瘤恶疾引起的褐色化也开展了一定的研究。 2. 白色脂肪细胞分化的机理研究：包括生理条件下白色脂肪细胞分化分化的分子机理研究，以及其他来源的细胞向白色脂肪细胞转分化的研究。 3. 脂肪酸代谢的分子研究：利用基因敲除、转基因小鼠等动物模型，研究长链脂肪酸的代谢情况在各个器官中的作用。
