个人简历 Personal resume
朱晓东,男,中国科学技术大学物理学院教授、博士生导师,1997年在中国科学技术大学获得理学博士学位后留校任教。研究方向为低温等离子体物理与应用,主持或参加过多项国家自然科学面上和重点基金、国家863高技术探索基金和省部级基金项目的研究。在新型等离子体源研制、等离子体材料沉积和处理、离子束纳米表面制造和功能薄膜器件等方面进行过系列的研究工作,获省级自然科学二等奖一项。曾先后在日本原子力研究所做访问学者、JSPS访问研究员,法国巴黎第六大学从事博士后研究和日本静冈大学访问教授。在Appl. Phys. Lett.、Phys. Rev. B、Phys. Plasmas、J. Chem. Phys.等国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文一百多篇。目前主要开展的研究有:
   1 等离子体源物理与技术开发(直流、射频和微波等离子体源、基于薄膜窗的电子束等离子体源的研制与应用);
   2 金属表面处理技术与工业应用(金属表面强化处理、金属表面清洁处理);
   3 等离子体诊断技术(实验室等离子体和托卡马克等离子体偏滤器区域开展发射光谱、微波和激光干涉诊断);
   4 等离子体特种陶瓷功能材料制备技术与应用。
