  • 以结构生物学为主要手段,紧密结合新药研发,着眼于与人类重大疾病和重要生理功能相关的蛋白质及其复合体的结构与功能的关系,阐明生物大分子与小分子化合物在结构与功能方面的分子作用机理,为药物的分子设计提供思路;同时,通过解析生物大分子及其复合物的三维结构,为药物设计提供一个分子水平上的模板
