Since then he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Osaka University, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, and University of Tokyo in Japan, respectively. In the first of 2009, he moved to Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany as a research fellow. At thesame year, he was selected as a research professor by the “100-talent Program” of Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) at High Magnetic Field Laboratory.Dr. Zhang’s main interests are the experimental research on materials and device physics of organic semiconductors (OS), with the emphasis on the carrier injection and transport, molecular structure and film structure, as well as the electronic and optical properties of the OS. His recent research interests also include the preparation and the studies on the opto-electronic properties of organic function materials in high magnetic field, and organic spintronics. Dr. Zhang is the author and co-author of 30+ SCI-indexed papers and has a close collaboration with some foreign research groups. The students from physics and materials science are welcomed.
