(1994), USTC; secretary of the Party committee of the School of Chemistry and Materials Science, professor of Dept.of Polymer Science and Engineering, director of Radiation Chemistry Laboratory, member of International Radiation Research Society, Editor of the Journal of Radiation Research and Radiation Processing. 

Awards: Elite Award for Young Teachers; First Prize of Wang Kuancheng Talent Foster Award; Excellent Teaching Staff; Excellent Party member; the book “polymer radiation chemistry”, written by Prof. Ge, Zhang Zhicheng and Zhang Manwei, won the Second Prize of the 5th Anhui Book Award.
